Duties include
*Care and Supervision:
Providing a safe and stimulating environment for children.
Preparing and serving meals and snacks.
Assisting with personal care tasks like feeding, toileting,
and nappy changes
Supervising children and ensuring their safety and well-being.
Implementing and adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
Managing daily routines, including naps and rest times..
*Educational and Developmental Support:
Creating an individualised learning program for each child
Implementing age-appropriate activities for each child to promote learning and development across all areas of the VEYLF ,
and the Phoenix Cups
Encouraging learning through play, exploration, and discovery.
Observing and documenting children's progress and development.
*Day-to-Day Operations:
Maintaining enrolment records, attendance records, Emergency protocols, daily safety checks, Excursion documentation,

Adhering to Regulatory guidelines and protocols
Maintaining and reflecting on practices and principles of the EYLF
